The Department of Music at Colorado State University-Pueblo! In the past five years, our program has seen unprecedented growth; more than doubling in enrollment to over 120 music majors. We are the fastest growing music program in Colorado! Despite this rapid growth, students still receive individual attention and excellent instruction. Students experience relatively small classes, all taught by highly respected and qualified faculty, not graduate assistants. Performance opportunities abound, and students are in demand for hire as performers, ensemble members, and entertainers throughout the area.
Adding to new friends, new equipment, new uniforms, and new musical experiences, the ThunderWolf Marching Band will also share a new home with the football team. The new 6,500-seat, pro-turf Thunderbowl stadium has already been completed on the east side of campus. Thunder Village is currently under construction and will feature shops, apartments, pubs, a park, and more.
