The Mass Communications department and Center for New Media at CSU-Pueblo has a special 'culture' unlike any other department I've experienced. There is a sense of family among faculty and students, and maybe even more important, a sense of mutual professional respect between faculty and students. It's not really a teacher-student relationship, but instead more like colleagues working together to enhance our skills and talents.
