Radio Production

The Radio Production track within the Broadcasting sequence students for careers in radio and related industries. Laboratory courses are offered at KTSC-FM, the university owned 10,000 watt broadcast station which serves the campus and community surrounding the university. Students contribute to the production of local programming and have many opportunities to learn the operation of a working radio station.

 

 

Television Production

The Television Production track within the Broadcasting sequence prepares students for careers in television and related industries. Laboratory courses are offered at KTSC-TV, the Public Broadcasting affiliate located on campus, which serves southern and western Colorado. Students contribute to the production of local programing and have many opportunities to learn the operation of a working television station.
