All About CSU-Pueblo

Music

Campus StatueThe Department of Music at Colorado State University-Pueblo! In the past ten years, our program has seen unprecedented growth; more than doubling in enrollment to over 140 music majors. We are the fastest growing music program in Colorado! Despite this rapid growth, students still receive individual attention and excellent instruction. Students experience relatively small classes, all taught by highly respected and qualified faculty, not graduate assistants. Performance opportunities abound, and students are in demand for hire as performers, ensemble members, and entertainers throughout the area.

The Colorado State University-Pueblo Department of Music enriches the lives of Southern Colorado citizens through it's music programs and sponsorship of performances by students, faculty, and visiting artists.  Home to the ThunderWolves Marching Band, the annual Festival of Winds, and host of the Pueblo Keyboards Arts Festival as well as annual High School Honor events and competitions, CSU-Pueblo's Department of Music is committed to continuing its role as a significant provider of cultural and educational opportunities.
