Alpha-Theta-Kappa Branch

Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society whose mission is to promote the study of history by encouraging research, good teaching, publication, and the exchange of ideas among historians.  We seek to bring students, teachers, and writers of history together for intellectual and social conversations.  We also support historical research and publication by our members.

Spring 2012 Initiation

We are pleased to announce our upcoming initiation ceremony on Saturday, April 21, at 5pm in PSY152.  Dinner will be served and the dress is business casual.  Each initiate may invite up to three guests.  At the ceremony, each initiate will receive a membership certificate, and as a gift from Dr. Spade, graduating initiates will also receive a Phi Alpha Theta sash to wear at graduation.  We hope you will join us in celebrating student achievement!
